• Transformers are classified into control transformers and lighting transformers according to purposes. Control transformer are fixed transformers, and lighting transformers are movable transformers except those for machine tools.
• The iron core of transformer is made of cold rolled silicon steel sheet, and profile steel or steel plate is used as clamping device at two sides of iron yoke, which is fastened with screws.The material of iron core is imported high-quality 0.35mm silicon steel sheet,and the conduct is high-quality oxygen-free copper /aluminum wire, effectively reducing wear and tear in operation and ensuring stability. In production, vacuum insulated paint is used for soaking and grade H insulated materials , it greatly reduces the risk of insulation voltage and significantly improves safety and service life of transformer.
